Shipping Information

We’re thrilled to serve customers across the globe (excluding parts of Asia and some remote areas). Here’s what you need to know about getting your orders:

Order Processing: We typically process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery within 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Flat rate fee: £12.95
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, shipped via EMS
  • Delivery within 15-25 days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely delighted with your Verdant Vibes purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Condition Requirements: All items must be returned in their original condition – unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact Our Customer Service Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the item.
3. Pack and Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Timeline & Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after processing.
• PayPal: Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of approval and may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

• Bird & Wildlife Food: For hygiene reasons, opened or used packages cannot be returned.
• Garden Care Products: Opened chemicals, fertilizers, or similar garden care items are non-returnable.
• Used or Damaged Items: Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
