Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Our Customer Service Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the item.
- Pack and Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Please Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item to addresses within our serviceable regions (global excluding parts of Asia and remote areas).
Refund Timeline and Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after processing.
- PayPal: Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of approval and may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of our customers, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature:
- Bird & Wildlife Food: For hygiene reasons, opened or used packages of bird and wildlife food cannot be returned.
- Garden Care Products: Opened chemicals, fertilizers, or similar garden care items are non-returnable.
- Used or Damaged Items: Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
